Holly Bock Deason

As a Dallas native with an in-depth knowledge of Dallas’ real estate marketplace, Holly prides herself in her knowledge of architecture, art and history of this great city. Holly has had the privilege of traveling and visiting homes in many areas of the country and understands that buying a home is more than just a transaction; it’s a way of life!

Holly grew up and currently resides in Preston Hollow and has built and renovated three homes in the Preston Hollow Dallas area. Holly’s fresh outlook is solid, realistic and contagious. Her enthusiastic energy and love for people provides her clients with a sense of service “far beyond the ordinary.” She can be called upon for everything from finding a personal chef to finding the perfect piece of artwork for a client’s home. Prior to joining Briggs Freeman, Holly achieved top awards for production levels including Southwest Region Rookie of the Year and Multi- Million Producer Awards.

An avid volunteer fundraiser and active force in many of Dallas’ charitable and professional organizations Holly truly cares about her community. For more than 10 years, her heavy volunteer effort has been one of her passions. She has served as a travel counselor working with the Dallas Museum of Art Junior Associates, and is currently a member of the Cattle Baron’s Committee, raising money for the American Cancer Society. Holly is also a member of The Friends of Contemporary Art, Dallas Museum of Art.

Holly is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a degree in business and concentration in real estate and finance. Her two children attend The Hockday School and The St. Marks School of Texas.
