Over 25 years, Shell Stegall built a powerful background in an entrepreneurial career that encompassed negotiating large corporate contracts, supervising a sales and marketing force that generated a national company’s highest revenues and reorienting a hospital’s services to triple its customer base.
A native Texan, Shell is a graduate of Texas Tech University. She has earned her Broker’s license, an accreditation as a formally trained Buyer’s Representative, is a Historical Home Specialist and was formally trained by the national TWU union in professional negotiating strategies. Shell’s natural communication ability and business acumen is fully exemplified in the professionalism that she brings to negotiating transactions for her real estate clients. “I put a high premium on delivering excellent service,” Shell says. “The bottom line is, if you do your business with honesty, integrity and trust, your clients will not only come back to you, they are going to refer their friends. The foundation of service excellence is always representing my clients’ best interest while putting them in a position of strength in negotiations. From my years of experience, I have learned that in business, you don’t always get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate.”

When she’s not working, Shell is busy spending time with her husband, Gary and dogs, Zeke and Sam. Daily, hour long workouts provides Shell with just enough time to either step away from her work, or – more often than not – figure out the solution to a puzzling deal before it’s time to jump back in again. And in this vibrant market, it’s always time.
Shell has lived in Dallas nearly 18 years and her commitment to the community is evidenced in being selected to serve on the Board of Trustees of Children’s Medical Center of Dallas 2002 – 2006. Her commitment to real estate excellence is demonstrated by her work with the Greater Dallas of Realtors MLS Committee and her involvement with three professional Realtor networking groups.
