Anne Goyer

A fifth-generation Dallasite, Anne Jobst Goyer has an intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods that she now serves for her clients as an associate at Briggs-Freeman. Having lived in Bluffview, Highland Park, Greenway Parks, Old East Dallas and Preston Hollow, she brings personal experience of these areas to her clients.

After earning a degree in Art History from the University of Texas at Austin, Anne returned to Dallas, where she co-founded St. Bernard Sports, the ski and sports specialty store in Inwood Village. It's there, she says, that she learned the importance of ongoing relationships with clients and superior customer service that has allowed her to bring the highest level of care to her real estate clients today. This attention to detail has led to the status of Vice-President as well as a consistent Top Producer for Briggs-Freeman.

Anne's passion for the arts and interest in community development has fueled her involvement in a wide range of organizations. A docent at the Dallas Museum of Art for over 20 years, Anne is a voracious student of art, architecture and garden design. Working with the Center for the City at the Dallas Institute has kept her abreast of issues concerning the Trinity River project, the growth of Downtown Dallas, and plans for the future of Dallas in the 21st century. She has served on the boards of the Episcopal School of Dallas Parents Association and Booster Club, The Family Place Partners, the Dallas Museum of Art League, and has been active with the Pi Beta Phi alumni group. She currently serves on the board of the St. Phillips School and Community Center and the Kitchen Dog Theater at the McKinney Avenue Contemporary. When not working, Anne enjoys walking, reading, gardening, and snow skiing.

At Briggs-Freeman, Anne has paired with associate LeeLee Gioia in a team effort to offer superior service and top-tier expertise to their expanding client base. Anne and LeeLee feel that teaming up enables the attention to detail that is so important in today's real estate environment. They both enjoy the challenge and the pace of the business. "Really listening is the key," says Anne. "Identifying and really understanding clients' wants and needs is critical to our success. Our clients are awesome and we get tremendous satisfaction out of making them happy!"
